From Downend, follow A432 Badminton Road to Yate.
Follow Station Road Yate, and bear off left at the B&Q/Morrisons roundabout (on to B4060).
After passing over a mini roundabout by the White Lion pub on your left and fires station on your right, you come to a larger roundabout where you go straight across towards Chipping Sodbury.
Go through traffic lights, and you will eventually come to another mini roundabout (at the top of Bowling Hill).
Go straight across and you will enter Chipping Sodbury High Street.
The entrance to the Smile office is situated on the left, just past the Moda Hotel and behind Allen and Harris estate agents.
Access is through steel gates under a pedestrian arched entrance.
