Smile provides specialised individual support to assist adults to live as independently as possible.
Our teams of fully trained staff offer support for adults with Learning Difficulties, adults with physical disability, adults with dementia and adults with other limiting conditions that require support.
We offer our services to any 18+ adult and accept Direct Payments, Council Payments or Private Payments.
We are CQC registered and operate to CQC standards
Our fortnightly evening Friendship Club at the Shire Way Club is a social club where Service Users can meet in a safe environment and join in with discos, bingo, games, arts, crafts and more …….
We now run a weekly lunch club every Thursday at the Shire Way Club. This new club is an opportunity for Service Users to learn cooking skills, socialise and have lunch .......

09.01.12 - The First Friendship Club of 2012
This Tuesday see the first Friendship Club of 2012 at our usual venue, the Shire Way Social Club. The ‘Dynamic Duo’ Ian and Matt will be providing entertainment with a disco and there will also be the usual arts and crafts.
02.01.12 - The First Drama Lunch Club of 2012
The first Drama Lunch Club of 2012 will be on Thursday 5th January.
After the success of Cinderella, Service Users are now eager to start rehearsing for the next big show - ‘Smile’s Got Talent’. This new adventure will showcase the talents of many of our Service Users and is sure to be a great follow-on to last year’s pantomime.

15.07.11 - Smile Launches New Weekly Lunch Club
In response to demand for a daytime club for Service Users, Smile has now launched a new ‘Lunch Club’ at the Shire Way Community Centre in Yate. As well as crafts and games, this new daytime club is an opportunity for Service Users to learn cooking and other home skills.
The Lunch Club takes place every Thursday between 11.00am & 3.00pm
